And I just kind of had in a fun and interesting little interaction with Josh is we're trying to create some material. And you know, I just kind of had an interesting thought. And I'm really curious what you all might think, or what anyone who might be listening might think as far as content creation and publishing. You know, I think that there is kind of a really big mental block when it comes to publishing because we feel like oh, my gosh, I don't have all the materials that I need, or I don't have the exact perfect backdrop or, you know, I don't, I don't have all the tools that I feel like I need in order to produce the content that I know I need to be publishing. And I am curious as to what thoughts are, in regards to content that is a little bit more bare bones or off, off the off the cuff, CUSP cup, cuff, flying off the cuff, I think that's the right phrase, which is kind of the, obviously where I am right now, because my life is busy and hectic. And we are raising three young kids and also pouring energy into really, you know, creating a well oiled machine here. So I find little pockets throughout the day, to create my content and to publish. And it's not perfect by any means. Anyone who's listening to this knows that for a while. 02:14 I suppose I am of the belief that 02:19 it is a true glimpse into where I am and how I'm doing it. Because a huge part of my intention with all of this is to bring you guys along on the journey. And so I feel like it's important for me that you all or whoever is listening, sees and realizes that, Oh, this is really just a busy life. And we're just doing these small things every day and consistently. So for me, I don't mind the off the cuff interactions and recordings and Publishing's that, quite frankly, might not be aesthetically up to par with what I ideally would have in my mind, but my gosh, if I waited for the ideal moment really to do anything that nothing would ever get done. 03:22 Episode_18_Mental_Blocks_With_PublishingP.amg4ea 1 of 2 Transcribed by https://otter.ai So I'm just curious, 03:27 you know, me face this way. I'm my son Oliver, and not liking the way that I'm walking, I'm just curious as to kind of what your thoughts and tactics are for maybe getting over that kind of like, initial hump, or initial mental mental block that might be there for you with regards to publishing. Because if there is one thing that I have really taken into heart, and I'm already beginning to understand is that when you want to create a presence, and you know, literally create something from the ground up content and publishing it is its key. It's the way that you guys are getting to know me, it's the way that you're figuring out what I'm doing that we're figuring out what I'm doing together. And so I see the value in that because that is ultimately going to end up being kind of the roadmap. So I'm going to leave that there because we are literally about ready to pick me up. But I just kind of wanted to throw that out there as something that I do want to touch on more. And, you know, maybe we talk about strategies to kind of get over some of that initial initial fear of publishing My gosh, we have all of these amazing platforms literally at our fingertips and steamy here. You know, I'm in the middle of a sidewalk with my two young children, and I'm recording on my voice memo app, which all upload to my podcasts and it's not going to be perfect, but it'll be real and it will be out there. And I think that is what is going to be the ticket in my humble opinion. But I would obviously love to hear other thoughts and I am so supportive of whatever it might look like for you. My gosh, if you have the ability to do a more refined podcast or video content, then yes, that's amazing. 05:46 I'm gonna go. So on that note, well, we'll chat soon. Bye.
