Society & Culture
This week I sit down with the enigmatic Jo Tolley. Jo is a disability advocate and has been a journalist, theologist and public speaker involved with TEDx and the BBC where she was featured speaking on topics which affect the community and currently facilitates getting those with disabilities more equity in life and promotes creativity and getting people space to share their stories which is something i'm obviously very much a fan of.She hit me up for a chat so we sit down to discuss the world at large it's impression of the disabled and how even with the progress society has had how there is a ways to go! Getting into the funny the factual the artistic and the misrepresentation of everything and even just a tangent of two we caught up.For more of Jo and to look at the work she's doing follow here here and dont be afraid to reach out to her.IG: I.jo.tolleyFacebook: I, Jo TolleyWebsite: www.ijot.ukItuneshttps://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/yelling-at-concrete/id1238765054Spotifyhttps://open.spotify.com/show/3T2OhYE07edgaBDXrm86saAcasthttps://shows.acast.com/yellingatconcreteFor more of Graham visitwww.facebook.com/yellingatconcretewww.instagram.com/yellingatconcretehttps://yellingatconcrete.bigcartel.com/ See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
