Hi my name is Monisha Mitra and I'm a Personal Growth Trainer I have spent my life in the business of Brand and Marketing Communication and along with that for the last 10 years as a Trainer in Communication Skills. Like everyone else, I found my life's purpose when I began my own transformation journey in 2014. A lot of things in my life began to change in 2014 and I found myself thinking about how I had lived my life, the choices I had made and how they had impacted me and my family specially my children.  Sometimes, we don't like what we see, but what is more important than that, is what we do about it. We can't turn back time, and we cannot erase the past, but we can make different choices that change the future.  The practice of self-evolution and Mindfulness, brought me to a better place inside my mind, this changed the way I interacted with people, my family and above all I learned to love myself. I learned to set boundaries and understood that my life's purpose and true happiness lay in teaching people what I had learned.  Thus began my journey as a Life Transformation Coach and I started working with people to help them improve the quality of their lives by being in their present, building on their own experiences, finding and clarifying their goals and overcoming their limiting beliefs that were holding them back.  My goal is to help you re-imagine your life. With extensive experience in Life Coaching and a vast history of client success, my individualised positivity approach will help you attain your goals.  I am a woman on a mission, to transform lives and help people make better choices that are congruent with their own core values and their authentic selves. No point in being someone else, when you are perfect just the way you are.
