This podcast is dedicated to helping you take control of your own wellness. Whether advocating for your own healthcare, taking care of your mental health and emotional well being, or growing in your spiritual depth. This podcast covers it all. Many people do not know how to effectively navigate the modern medical system, which means they end up going to a series of specialists when they have a health issue, and sometimes don’t find resolution to their problems.  I will try to give you applicable ways to support your body, and hopefully reduce the amount of time you spend in your doctor’s waiting room, and increase the amount of time you spend doing the things you love.  I will share how to use essential oils, natural supplements, and life balance tips to help you to achieve your healthiest self.
