Evaleen Whelton spoke to me on radio about Autism, after it came up on the Election campaign, when a Senator controversially said she thought the Taoiseach was Autistic. Evaleen is Autistic, and her lifes work is devoted to teaching the rest of us that there's no big mystery to it, that it's just how some people are, and all we need to do is accept and understand that.
