On the 129th episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we're sitting down with home cook and foodie, Val Gallina of @valiciouskitchen. Val has been sharing all of her recipes on Instagram and they are simple and easy to make. In addition, she's been sharing all of the places her and her family has been visiting recently. As for what they're eating, Nelson had pho from Pho Bac Sup Shop, picked up chicharrones upon @insatiablyepicurious's recommendation at La Esperanza MErcado y Carniceria, grabbed pastries from Fuji Bakery, and went out to Georgetown to check out People of the Chubbs inside the Sneaky Tiki Bar. Meanwhile, Monica checked out Jemil's Big Easy pop-up at Local Tide, had lemon meringue pie at A La Mode PIes, ate at Bumbu Food Truck, and stopped by SUSU Dessert Bar for some caramel hazelnut cake bites.
