A psychotherapist, former youth worker, writer and life coach, Amy brings twenty-five years of experience to her new book, Be Strong, Be Wise in the Age of #MeToo. She has two previously-written books, Glen Stone, a middle-grade novel and Channel-Crossing, a parenting book.
