Together, as 28 co-authors, we have written 'Note to Self' which is a collection of art, articles and anecdotes with a focus on mental health. But there's still so much more to say!This podcast acts an extension to 'Note to Self' where you can hear from the authors themselves as they expand on their articles - it is so important to keep the conversation about mental health going.'Note to Self' "destigmatizes traditionally 'taboo' topics" in an "avant-garde" and accessible way. As everyone writes from personal experience, for teens it's a reminder they're not alone in whatever they're going through.
