Every once in a while, I go for a walk in nature and the inspiration hits me. So I hit record on my phone and bring you a WALKSPIRATION. Last week I walked in the rain and got inspired by some ducks, had a little cry out on the trails with mother nature and felt my heart expand. In this share, I'm talking about feeling what you need to feel, including joy, stopping the negative self-talk, expanding your heart, giving yourself what you need, and allowing yourself to experience joyful moments.
