I fact checked this and it's indeed something called "Blue Monday," which is a Monday in January, typically the third Monday of the month, that is characterized as the most depressing day of the year. So yes, the next week or so might feel a little more BLAH than usual, especially if you live in the Northern Hemisphere, but I'm hoping this episode helps you find tiny moments of magic in the mundane.
