Episode 1. Being alone isn't being lonely

Right mind is a chilled psychology podcast that started out as an initiative and now is on its way of becoming chilled therapy sessions for every one . Carried out by a neuroscientist Benan and her husband, the international rugby player Tommaso Allan, it tackles and talks about many things from loneliness, partner and relationship issues, self-confidence problems, stress management and anything you can imagine in our daily life to be a stigma to talk about! There will be many guests and interviews with athletes, athlete family members and many inspiring people who are taking a step forward for the mental awareness and speaking their minds. When sport psychology was first introduced, the approach taken forgot something very important: athlete’s families and their issues. We will be tackling them all!
