He opens up on his earlier life before he went pro and how he met his wife at Eastern Arizona College. George, later on, went to Baker University in Kansas, where he was a full-time student, but also managed to play football and baseball as well. LaFrance says that he encourages young athletes to find a way of balancing their lives both on the field and off the field. LaFrance then recalls playing for Green Bay Packers and describes it as an amazing experience for him and his professional life. He encourages people to give their all in whatever they want to do in life. The legendary player talks about how he advises athletes to rest well enough in order to be at optimal performance every time. He emphasizes the need for having a rest before a match. As the episode rolls on, George also speaks about his parenting side of life. He says how blessed and lucky he considers himself to be, as he is a father of 3 daughters. We should be persistent enough in order to become successful in life. George says that patience is a virtue for everyone in whatever he or she does in life. He discusses teamwork and the importance of relying on your teammates while at the same time doing your job effectively. He states the importance of listening to the elderly and absorbing that knowledge.
