In our podcast, we will focus on the perils and triumphs of plea bargains. We will examine their role in the criminal justice system, as well as the ramifications of their use. Our examination will include evaluations of the use of plea bargaining, the people affected by plea bargains, and their overall impact on the justice system on a local and national scale.
