Hi everyone, I'm shambhavi, and I'm excited to share a bit about myself with you. As someone who's passionate about mental health, I've had my own share of struggles and triumphs. Growing up, I faced anxiety and depression, and it wasn't until I started prioritizing my mental well-being that I began to heal.

I've always been drawn to the world of mental health, and I've spent years studying psychology, mindfulness, and self-care. I've worked with mental health professionals, attended workshops, and read countless books on the topic.

My goal with Mindful Musings is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore the intricacies of mental health together. I want to share my own experiences, learn from yours, and provide resources and support to help you navigate your own mental health journey.
