A quintessential staple in the Philadelphia seafood scene is the Oyster House, located on Samson Street. From one of the best happy hours in the city to the exciting show put on by the masterful Oyster shuckers, the Oyster House is famous and we really enjoyed sitting down with owner, Sam Mink.
