Welcome. I’m Paul Kuehn. This podcast is about finally finding your own joy. I think it’s common experience people have: asking Is this what life was supposed to look like? Coming to the realization that something feels off…. your life feels misaligned. The reasons are many. But generally it all goes back to one thing. Chasing what you thought were your own goals, only to find your goals were driven by insecurity, or ego. To get real: work titles, cool projects, your spouse, friends, travels…… Little talismans that you matter. And it’s so hard to see. To quote Gary Vaynerchuk – “living your life based on other people’s opinions is crippling you.” And this desire for acceptance, status, money, whatever…..the result is the same: you don’t enjoy the results or the process of what you do every day. That’s not happiness or joy. So now what? How do you get started, to unlock your own happiness, and this time do it the right way…without upending your whole life?
