Arlen Glick is FAST! And getting faster! He's just 28 years old and ran the Tunnel Hill 100 mile race in just 12:57:11 in November. Then, he followed that up with a win at Umstead with a 13:22:40! It was fun getting to know Arlen and discuss how he realized his God-given talent and his journey to where he is today.
