After what seems like forever, Zac & myself finally got our schedules together to record this episode!Zac, who lives in Western Australia, owns and runs his brand Lifestrong. He works in Mandurah and has the goal to make people the best version of themselves. The BIG man is one of the friendliest guys I've had the chance to meet & one of the strongest (check out his Insta - Zac.is.lifestrong) guys in the gym.We recorded for a LONG time so I've split this up into a couple of parts.
