This week Jaz and Julie have a girls night in and discuss motivation, and ways to increase your motivation. Just remember you can drink the green drinks, hike Runyon 10 times a week, and do all the at home workouts, but if you're ignoring the things going on in your head, and in your heart... then you're still not truly healthy... So go ahead and seek therapy, we all gonna need it after this pandemic!
