After 10 years of trying to start a family, along with the heartache of multiple miscarriages, failed IVF treatment attempts, Gary Muircroft and his wife Rachel adopted a vegan diet 24 months ago! Since then, the somewhat impossible became possible. They were successful in their 3rd IVF attempt in 2018 and are looking forward to welcoming their first VEGAN child into the world in May 2019. Gary catches up with Scottish Vegan Ambassador Tofu Tommy (Tommy Kelly) about his time working as a slaughterhouse worker. He also tells his story about embracing a plant based diet which ultimately helped him recover from a serious eating disorder.
