Happy New Year!! We made it to 2020! This is a time to get your journal, tea, coffee, and your fancy pen and start reflecting over every month of last year. We have come a long way and the only way we will notice how far we've come is by looking back and seeing where God has brought us through. This episode is speaking on just that; understanding how grateful we are to have made it over to 2020, honoring ourselves for the positive changes we've made to make ourselves better people, and finding a "focus" word and sticking to it.
