As our Sunday morning In-Person Service is seeing more and more people gathering together, it's never been more important to be focused on loving people and ensuring that everyone who walks through the front door knows that they are welcome. Today on the podcast we sit down with our brand new Director of First Impressions, Malorie Van Weelden. Malorie has a huge heart for hospitality and for equipping all of our First Impressions volunteer teams; this includes parking attendants, ushers, greeters, cafe servers, tour guides, and Welcome Center teams.
