Conversation with artist and curator Kath Fries about her project 'Walkdown in Lockdown', a participatory community action in mindful walking which she is facilitating as part of the Spirit of ’21 online festival, a spin off the annual Cementa Festival. We also speak about Kath's overall practice (sculpture and installation) which is embedded in Buddhist philosophies of impermanence, interconnection, and compassion.
