In life most of us are rushing from one thing to the next in a cycle that feels like will never change however building awareness of what your default settings are is powerful. Self-love is one of the most important things we can have but i think one that is often absent, we are harshest on ourselves. All it takes is a simple "I love and accept who i am" every morning.
