In today’s episode, Martha wants to talk about having an attitude of gratitude by focusing on what you are grateful for. When you appreciate everything that you have in your life, it opens your eyes to how truly beautiful your life can be. The only way to move forward in your life is to recognize what is going right, that way you have something to build on. We all have experiences in our life where we think that something is going wrong, but you need to change your mindset so you can see what is going right in those situations. Don’t let the negatives weigh you down. Appreciate the little things!
