Today in the studio, Martha wants to talk about having a healthy mindset in your sobriety. What is a healthy mindset? Having a healthy mindset starts with a shift in your thought process about how you see the world and how you see yourself from the negative spotlight to a place of positivity. There is no need to continuously beat yourself and keep a failing mindset. Martha is sharing a few tips about what helped her change that failing mindset in her own sobriety with the hope that someone listening to this can take something away to change their own mindset!
