Presence means that we accept that this moment is the only opportunity we have to embrace life. Our growth in wisdom and compassion begins with honoring our experience, the experiences of those around us, and finally the experiences of the world around us. The podcast is about thinking critically, growing authentically, and sharing wisdom intentionally. The podcast is not perfect, but with practice, we can all be more present in lives and our communities. And that sounds perfect!
