Today we had Shyla Briese on the show.  She's incredibly fit, and had a great fitness tip for us. I hesitated to share this episode because I didn't do very well, but that would have kept me from sharing how great Shyla did, so I'm swallowing my pride, and posting it. Whether your at 0 double unders or 200 unbroken double unders, you're still lapping everyone on the couch.  I need to remember that for myself sometimes.
