Happy New Year, fight fans! Fightonomics is back with our first episode of 2019, diving right into the latest in all things combat sports. We recap UFC 232 and the history-making Amanda Nunes achievement following her stunning victory against Cris Cyborg. We also discuss the stories regarding Jon Jones, including 'Pico-gate,' his victory against Alexander Gustafsson, and his overall status as an all-time great. Amongst other topics, it's a new era in the UFC with streaming subscription ESPN+ taking charge, and we discuss the first big card off the service beginning with Henry Cejudo v. T.J.
