Fiction
A car plunges onto a centuries-old tree in the valley, putting Hardy and Jaggi's lives at risk. Surrounded by fireflies, Jaggi experiences a mystical moment. As they cautiously navigate the thick branches, the jeep's fall causes the headlights to scatter. Hardy ventures alone into the jungle, and reluctantly, Jaggi follows suit. While passing by, the killer's car catches fire, possibly from a prior collision. The injured Hardy chases the assailant into the valley's church, where they encounter a mysterious lady watching them. Inside, they meet Father George, a revered figure in Dalhousie who recognizes Hardy. In the church's lobby, a shooter aims at Hardy, but the situation takes a turn when attention is drawn to a sturdy iron cabinet. Dodging bullets, Hardy manages to use the cabinet as a shield. The series of events leads to the apprehension of a copycat killer, but there's uproar in the valley about the real murderer of the children. As the police arrive, uncertainties linger, leaving Hardy in a challenging position.
