This show exists because Mental Health is an important topic and I want to help bring more attention to it as best as I can, and hopefully affect the show’s listeners in a positive way. This show will also act as my own personal outlet as well whenever I feel like I’m going through something. I also want you guys to know that this is a journey and hopefully we can take it together in search of a better and more positive way of life.
