Brady is a CrossFit competitor and owner of Martin City CrossFit in South Kansas City, MO. In this episode he talks about his journey in becoming a personal trainer and how he got into CrossFit. MC CrossFit has a huge emphasis in creating a gym culture around the community and hosting events, one of which was recently held in Kansas City called “The Warhorse Games,” partnered with a nonprofit foundation War Horses for Veterans.
