Sam Meredith is a Reiki Master Practitioner, Meditation Journey creator & guide based in West Sussex, UK.She is trained in the Usui Method of Natural Healing, a traditional Reiki practise that wasfounded in Japan in 1922. She has been working as a Reiki Practitioner for thirteen years and is a member of the UK Reiki Federation – The professional organisation that sets the standards for Reiki in the UK.Sam has Historically had massively lacked self-confidence and suffered with low self-worth and had her quality of life massively reduced by anxiety and anxious thoughts. She reached a critical point where she had a choice to descend further into a depressive spiral or do something to change the direction she was heading in… That’s when she discovered Reiki… and that’s when everything changed for for.Sam runs R&R relaxation classes in the local area and remotely.
