I finally had the chance to record another episode. I'm happy to be back to provide an update on how things are going. I was able to attend a couple different shows in the past few months. They have been so much fun and they have provided me with purpose. Recently my training has lead me to focus on calisthenics. Something that anybody could work on and build from there. Each type of training has its benefits. And this is one of those things we'd like to focus on right now. Our conscious mind may have its own limitations but when we learn how to bring out the subconscious, then we can truly see our full potential. Its about creating a positive dialogue with ourselves and how we can push through those hard moments together.
