Nina cried, I cried and he cried. In episode 20, I told you guys that I wanted bring in veterans during season 2 to talk with and interview. We asked to hear some of the untold stories of what these guys and gals went through, and how they survive and cope with everything they saw and did. I knew it was going to be a difficult interview, but Nina and I were not prepared at all for the emotional roller coaster this was... Honestly i don't recommend listening to this at work because you're either gonna be a laughing and sobbing mess with all your co-workers or you are just not going to get anything done. Not only does his story of his deployments to Fallujah with 2/7 really put the reality of war into perspective, but there's also a very strong message we were able to get across. I asked him how he does it, how he copes, smiles, laughs and wins his battles every single day. This interview wasn't only for him, but it was also for every single veteran out there who's tired of feeling like they're fighting this fight alone. "Complacency Kills".
