I think everyone needs to hear this (including myself). STOP GLORIFYING BURNOUT! We do it in our careers, our relationships, to ourselves. It is awful when we constantly push ourselves to our breaking point. We are not meant to live like that. We need to rejuvenate. We need to take the time to give back to ourselves. Never underestimate the power of refilling your cup. It is so important to prioritize our health and sanity. In this episode I dive in to specifically what I do to prevent my burnouts.
