If you have been training for a couple of years you have probably used some sort of autoregulation training at some point in your training. Autoregulation training has generally been based on the idea that an individual may not necessarily be able to train at a given percentage each day. After all, every day is not a perfect day where we get an optimal amount of sleep, nutrition, and are not affected by life stresses.
