This week’s episode features my girl crush Avani Modi Sarkar, co-founder of Modi Toys. Modi Toys is a fast-growing toy company doing their part to spread Indian culture across homes with their plush Baby Ganesh toy product. I’ve been following Modi Toys for a while now and reached out to Avani over the summer about being on this podcast which didn’t even exist at the time! She was so generous with her time to share the story of how Modi Toys came to be and the mission behind the company that’s driving Avani and her brother to drive it towards success. We recorded this over the fall and so much has changed for Modi Toys since that’s been super exciting to watch. They’re growing tremendously and it’s clear this company is going places. I feel honored to have her on the show and serve up some needed inspiration.
