The Good Life will cost you.  But then again, something is going to cost you.  It was Stephen Covey who wrote: "I am not a product of my circumstances. I am a product of my decisions." In 1962, a quartet of scruffy young musicians when to Decca records to see if they were interested in recording and distributing them.  "No," they replied, unimpressed with the lads from Liverpool: "Guitar bands had had their day and that isn't going to change anytime soon.  Then there's the name: they can't even spell the word ‘beetle’."  EMI would later form a powerful and financially bountiful relationship with Paul, John, George and Ringo. Decca lost out to EMI not because of circumstances, but because of their decisions.   It's the same for disciples: there is a cost involved - but there's a purpose to the price, an eye toward a prize.  Wise is the one who desires The Good Life and pays the price to enter into it!
