As highly sensitive people and often neurodivergent in many ways, those who are called to do lightwork need specific coaching on how to use their empathy, compassion, healing abilities, and psychic skills to function properly. With weekly updates related to your spiritual journey and your own healing process, the goal of this podcast is to offer those called to heal others some assistance with self-care and understanding how to heal themselves while offering strength to others.
