With a B.A. in Political Science and an M.S. in International Public Policy, Sarah has a background in domestic and international gender and minority rights.    In this episode, Sarah talks about how she became involved with One Love, an organization that is aimed at educating people about the differences between healthy and unhealthy relationships, to avoid abuse and learn to love better. Through connecting with One Love, Sarah realized some things about herself and her personal past that were not easy to acknowledge or overcome.
