My name is Trey Downes and I am a blue-collar, hard worker turned entrepreneur and founder of, "Your Superior Self" podcast.  I believe deeply that in having actual conversations, we can help each other on our journey to self-actualization.  Through podcasting, I've learned what motivates leaders, discourages entrepreneurs, the benefits of a holistic lifestyle, the importance of communication and the satisfaction of understanding quantum spirituality.
