Hello! Our names are Abigail and Onjae and we are Wild and Free! Wild and Free is a podcast designed to challenge the narratives, beliefs, ideas, and concepts that are limiting our human potential. Whether we like it or not, we have been programmed to think, act, and respond in ways that are not inherently our own. Once we understand that we are infinite beings, that have the ability to create the reality we want to live in, the doors of perception and possibility open to limitless expression, exploration, and creativity! Changing your focus inwards sets the stage for you to do the necessary work on yourself that can lead to a life of purpose. A life that is filled with passion! There’s no more need to feel as if you are “lost” or “stuck” in your life. The whole focus of Wild and Free is to break away from the status quo. Instead of following the herd, you can cultivate your authentic beautiful self. Learning to be mindful of your actions and the beliefs that are holding you back, is one of the first steps in recognizing what changes that are needed to be had. Self-development is one of the key ingredients that is needed to elicit change in your life. And as Gandhi put it so eloquently, “You must be the change that you want to see in this world”. This podcast will not only offer inspiration for embarking on this awakening journey, but also provide tips, tricks, and practices that will help you along as well. We understand that what works for one might not work for another, so that’s why we will be incorporating interviews with other evolving beings that are stoking the flame within them--to create the life that they want to be living! Wild and Free is a motto for life and as Henry David Thoreau said, “All good things are wild and free.”.
