GetNaked Podcast is not a weekly podcast where I talk about my story, emptying the tank on the trails or in the weight room, or having a roundtable of others sharing their story. It's a movement, it’s about embracing the suck, pushing past your limits. Mental health or what I like to call it, Mental Endurance, is real and is still taboo to talk about. My aim here is to share crazy uplifting stories, but also the darkness that lies out there. You are all special and have so much to give to this wonderful world. People are awesome!
