So the other day I had an anxiety spiral. You know, the thing where you get one thought and then, you’re suddenly going down a rabbit hole of thoughts? It’s very similar to when you get an idea or see something online and then go down a rabbit hole of research. The only difference is that you’re falling down this never ending hole of anxious thoughts that feed off of one another and grow bigger and bigger the further down the hole you fall.
