After a 2 month break, Ethan Protzel continues the Reason with Ethan podcast series by taking a dive into history to uncover the truth about systemic racism in the United States and the moral character of The Founding Fathers. In this first episode of a multi-episode special, Ethan analysis Thomas Jefferson's first draft of the Declaration of Independence and George Washington's "The Rules of Civility," written at the young age of twelve. Fast forward in time, Ethan then explores Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address and compares its similar language to the Declaration of Independence. Ethan also introduces Abraham Lincoln's personal writings that defy the logic of slavery and an undelivered speech prepared for President Richard Nixon in the event of an unsuccessful moon landing.
