There are lots of tools we can use to help ourselves feel confident when it comes to getting through our days with a sense of accomplishment - THIS is one of those handy tools that I (and many other ADHD mamas) swear by! When we think about what systems we should have in place we need to consider what works for an ADHD brain. If we don't think about how our brains process differently - we will always be trying to jam a round peg into a square hole. Creating a plan that actually WORKS for the ADHD brain means sometimes we have to chisel out a square hole on our own!
