In their infinite wisdom TDU decides to help Teamsters Local 89 (yes that local 89) by burying an article on it’s website telling an employer who is fighting Teamsters Local 89 that TDU is going help the employer in this union busting campaign. Of course this is after TDU has been helping employers in organizing campaigns for decades. At least this time they admit it. The irony here is obvious. TDU’s National candidate Fred Zuckerman is being undercut by an anti-Union employer telling its employees to read TDU. This also happens all time but for locals other than Teamsters Local 89 an apology never comes. This short episode focuses on TDU’s response to an Anti-Union employer promoting TDU to its employees.
