Adrian has some news for you! Welcome to 2018 and the start of a new project. The 'afterburn' of course refers to the continuous burning of calories and the body benefits that continue to happen even after you've completed working out. Just like the 'afterburn', we are here, weekly to continue to give you encouragement, tools, hints and tips on how to stay on track. You can be on an ABFD Shred, a fit club member, or you can just want to get started, we're going to be here with you. Let's get this started!
