This week we’re doing a little bit of time travel – back to 15th Century Italy. Here in Castlemaine we are lucky to have an art historian - Dr. Dugald McLellan - who has spent many years studying Renaissance art, living in Umbria and in the process not only has he become an authority in this area – but also an astute observer of provincial Italian life and food.
